On December 17th, The Alternative Center for Excellence kicked off the end of the year with their annual Breakfast with Santa event. Guests were invited to eat a breakfast meal prepared by students, take pictures with Santa, and do various arts and crafts activities. ACE Students and staff spent the week of December 12th setting up and getting ready for Santa’s arrival on Saturday.

During the week several staff and students voiced their thoughts on the occasion. ACE geometry teacher Anthony Hellman – who worked in the kitchen during the event – didn’t hesitate to give his input. Prior to the celebration, he spoke about his excitement. “Sure, I like the idea of working together with a team to accomplish something” Said Hellman.
