SPIRIT WEEK AT ACE 2023

BOO! Halloween came and went but it’s never too late to dress up during the week. Spirit Week is here and we have a whole week of outfits to share with you, ACE students and staff dressed up in fun, silly, and spooky costumes and outfits. Let’s take a little walk through the ACE wardrobe for the week.

10/30 MONDAY – PAJAMA DAY.

Zzz. OH! Good Morning! ACE students and staff were too tired to even change their outfits out of the pajamas they wore the night before so why not just go to work and school in the same outfit you slept in? Some of them are going home anyway, they might even take a nice nap once they get there. Pajama Day was one of the categories that the ACE students voted for as the first outfit of the week. A handful of students participated in this day since it was nothing crazy and it was a comfortable fit. We have a group picture of students and staff at ACE all dressed up in their comfy PJs.

10/31 TUESDAY – COSTUMES.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ACE AND THE COMMUNITY!

Wow, the month went by fast didn’t it? It’s already Halloween and soon it’s going to be Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then New Year’s! Well anyway, On this day the students and staff of ACE decided to come to school in their costumes so they could show them off to others and quickly get a head start on trick-or-treating. Here is a group photo from the students and ace and a few single photos of some students and staff.

11/1 WEDNESDAY – ANYTHING BUT A BACKPACK.

Hold your horses, is that a horse? Who brings a horse to school?!

It’s ANYTHING but a backpack day here at ACE and students have brought in ANYTHING but a backpack, not a lot of students have participated in this activity but there were a few who had, there are two pictures of things that were brought in, in place of a backpack and there are two people who were reported by students and staff to have brought a crate and a wolf plush to school. Here are the pictures of the two students’ items.

11/2 THURSDAY – DECADES DAY.

A BLAST FROM THE PAST! We are going back to school in the 80’s, 90’s, and 2000’s. Students and Staff who participated in this trend most definitely brought a lot to the table, this day was planned ahead of time for sure! Let’s go over the classes of the 80’s. The 80’s look was given to the upstairs guidances starting from Joanne, Anthony, Rob, and Melissa. As for the 90’s it was given to the first floor which is the guidance classes of Katja, Glenda, and Kyle. The 2000’s went to the basement which is the guidance classes of Ashlee, Daniela, and Laura. Here are the pictures taken on that day of the staff since not many students participated in decades day or even wanted a photo taken.

11/3 FRIDAY – ACE PRIDE.

HOW STRONG? ACE STRONG!! ACE Staff and students are showing their pride and love for ACE this Friday, November 3rd, 2023. Each year on spirit week, ACE pride is the last day to show love and support to the school that has helped the community, students, and staff throughout the years and rough times they’ve been through. They wear the colors to represent ACE, there is a day similar to this small appreciation on Spirit Week it is called Joe Peppin Day. Here is a group photo of the students and staff together out front wearing ace colors.

SPIRIT WEEK COMES TO A CLOSE.

Now that spirit week is over, students and staff will dress the same as they usually do but there is no harm in coming to school in an outfit you’d prefer, like a costume for Christmas or Valentine’s Day. ACE is a family and will respect and accept you for your silly ways.
