Ollie Stabell, Staff Writer
Ollie is a Junior at ACE, arrived in January-February of 2024 and wishes to graduate in January 2026. They currently work at a Dunkin and do after school theater at Danbury High School. Her favorite colors are a natural green, pink, and black. They have spent many hours of their life drawing and still enjoy it as a hobby. Their current plan is to graduate early and work for a few months and the summer. Then afterwards attend a community college and do community service to figure out what career path they want to take. The paths they are interested in currently are, psychology, forensics, children’s care and education, and history. For many years they liked they idea of either being a historian as learning about history is a big hobby of theirs, and being there to help children in need which she gained from helping in her moms classroom.
Ollie is passionate and interested in many different things. Some of the few would be drawing, music, theater, and history. Starting with drawing, Ollie likes to draw mainly people in a more stylized way than realistic. They like experimenting with different colors and concepts, and use them to create a world of their own characters. For music they have a very broad music taste, as they listen to almost any genre, but to name a few bands or singers they like some are, TV Girl, Rob Zombie, Will Wood, Billy Joel, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Briteny Spears just to name a few. They also enjoy acting which they do with their group of friends at Danbury High School, and they enjoy history, finding many different time periods and peoples way of thinking very interesting. Ollie’s broad experience in many different areas, creatives, historical, and mental health, shows they are very valuable to ACE as they bring lots of stories and information along with creativity and kindness.
